When it comes to taking care of a persons skin, you do not have to constantly be monitoring the condition of your skin. Sure you can spends hours each day committed to keeping your skin in pristine condition, but few people have that sort of time to commitment to that.   1. Protect your skin from the effects of the sun- This is one of the most important skin care tips that you will ever find. The sun can cause more freckles, blemishes ans even skin cancer in certain instances. If you are going to be out in the sun for extended periods of time, make sure you cover your exposed skin with a high SPF sunscreen and make sure to reapply when needed.

  4. Maintain a healthy diet – Some studies have shown that a healthy diet high in vitamin C can result in healthy skin complexion. As to whether this is one of the proven skin care tips and as to whether it will bear out in long term studies is unknown, but eating healthy is a good idea regardless of how it helps your skin.
